1. Rental of Finca Alamo

  • The property is rented in its entirety.
  • Prices vary according to season (three different seasons with different daily rates).
In the calculation example
  • The rental price for Finca Alamo is set for groups of up to 39 people. Please refer to the separate article on prices and seasonal variations for further details.
  • In this example, the cost per person is calculated on the basis that 34 people share the rent equally. Changes in the number of participants, as well as any requests for private rooms, will affect the price per person.
    • off-season: 42€,
    • mid-season: 40€,
    • high season; 61€

2. Travel to and from Spain

  • Usually flight to Málaga airport.
  • The price varies greatly depending on the place and time of departure.
In the calculation example
  • Flight prices vary widely between airlines and seasons. This also applies to departures from other cities in Norway or other European airports.
  • Have used an approximate experience price for economy class incl. luggage for travel round trip Oslo-Malaga
    • low season: NOK 3,000
    • mid-season: NOK 4,000
    • high season; 5 000 NOK

3. Transportation in Spain

  • The price of rental cars varies greatly between companies and seasons.
  • Transportation between the airport and Finca Alamo
  • Transportation to activities such as the beach, restaurants and excursions.
In the calculation example
  • Transportation costs in Spain are estimated based on previous experience. Car rental prices can vary significantly between different suppliers and seasons.
  • We have used our experience price per person per day for group trips. This is based on approximately 4 out of 5 seats being in use in each car.
    • low season: 8€,
    • mid-season: 10€,
    • high season; 13€

4. Meals

  • Meals at Finca Alamo (own food or catering).
  • Restaurant visits
In the calculation example
    • Meal costs are estimated as an average price based on a combination of own cooking, catering and restaurant visits.
    • The actual distribution between these options will have a significant impact on the total food budget
    • Has calculated 30€ per day per person

5. My activities

  • Examples: bike rental, guided tours, boat trips, etc.
  • These costs are normally considered private and are not charged to the common budget.
  • Therefore, they are not included in the examples below.
  • Some experience figures will be posted here in due course

    • Rental of bicycles: ex: MTB electric: approx. 20 to 60 Euro per day (There is often a big difference in quality between cheap and expensive bikes)

The calculation below is based on the figures presented above here. As specified, these are indicative and can vary greatly depending on what you choose in the different areas.

The first list is a calculation per person, based on the assumption that there are 34 participants distributed equally across all rooms. The second list shows the total for the entire imaginary group of 34.
