Practical information
- Distance from Granada: Ronda is approximately 2.5 hours drive from Granada and is easily accessible by car or bus.
- Best time to visit: Spring and fall are ideal times, with pleasant temperatures and less tourist crowds.
Tips:
- Take a trip down the ravine to see Puente Nuevo from the bottom – the view is spectacular!
- Explore the city at your own pace and soak up the atmosphere at one of the many outdoor cafés overlooking the valley.
Via Ap-7 and A-397: Approx 76km
Via A-369 (through Casares), approx 66km
Both take about the same amount of time, just over an hour. The last one is the most beautiful, but mostly curves and small towns. It probably takes a little longer because there are many beautiful places along the way.
A good solution is to choose different routes to and from.
