On this short but intense hiking route, we will visit the largest forest of spruce on peridotites in the world. We will discover the peculiarities of this unique material and how the species must adapt to the terrain to survive.
On this route, in addition to getting to know the main tree and scrub species typical of the site, we will also become thoroughly acquainted with the various commercial activities carried out in this environment in the past, as well as the effects they have had over time and which have shaped the current state of the nature park.
We will also enjoy refreshments and snacks in the middle of nature!
Throughout the tour, we will enjoy impressive views of the Mediterranean Sea, the Genal Valley and even Gibraltar on clear days.
The route is 60% on trails and 40% on forest paths.
