Seasons and prices
- The system operates with three different seasons, each with associated rental prices.
Capacity in the main house
- The main house and associated wings consist of 17 rooms with a total of 39 ordinary beds. All rooms have private bathrooms.
Extra accommodation options
- It is possible to place extra mattresses in certain rooms, so that the capacity can be increased to up to 50 people. The mattresses are then placed in the largest bedrooms as well as in some rooms that are not bedrooms and therefore do not have their own bathroom.
- Downstairs in wing 2 there are additional sanitary facilities, including a toilet, a bathroom with two showers and a sauna.
Price structure
- The base price is valid for up to 39 people in the main house with wings. For groups over this number, there is an additional cost per person.
The Conference Building
- If the number of people exceeds 50, or there is a need for more rooms without the use of mattresses in the main building, the conference building can be rented. This is located approx. 100 meters from the main house.
- The conference building has three bedrooms on the second floor with a total of six beds. These rooms do not have their own bathrooms, but use shared toilets and showers on the ground floor (a total of five toilets and three showers).
- It is also possible to place mattresses in the hall in the conference building.
Total capacity
- With full utilization of both beds and mattresses, there is an estimated capacity for up to 100 people in total at Finca Alamo.
Air conditioning systems
- All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, which is used for cooling in summer and heating in winter.
