The program is adapted to suit all levels.   \nMy activities\nA varied activity program is put together with opportunities for trail running in the mountains\, asphalt running along the water and some sessions on the running track. The activities are organized so that everyone can participate based on their own level and wishes.  \nRecovery and leisure\nRecovery is an important part of the program. That’s why there are plenty of breaks with room for relaxation\, community and well-being. For those who wish\, there will also be opportunities for other activities.   \nFood and convenience\nThe meals during the stay are prepared by our fantastic team at the Finca. In addition\, there will be some simple kitchen tasks distributed among the participants during the weekend.  \nWho is the tour suitable for?\nAnyone who enjoys running – regardless of level – will benefit greatly from the trip and is very welcome. There will be great training opportunities and good company\, whether you are a beginner\, exerciser or more experienced runner.  \nPractical implementation\nWe make it easy for everyone to participate in the activities of their choice.
