This also applies to participation in training sessions\, trips and other activities. \n\n\n\nAbout the tour\nWe invite girls 26+ who love activity and exercise to an inspiring community trip at Finca Alamo in Spain! \nA weekend for body and mind\nThis is the weekend for those who want a unique combination of exercise\, nature experiences\, sun\, good food and real community. The program is adapted so that everyone can participate – regardless of level. Common to the trip is the joy of training\, sun\, nature\, good food and socializing.   \nVaried activity and balance\nThroughout the weekend\, you will experience the joy of training\, varied activities and time to relax. A program is put together with joint training and various activities\, while at the same time there are good breaks for recovery\, community and well-being.  \nFood and social evenings\nThe meals are delivered by our fantastic team at Finca Alamo and are of high quality. In the evenings\, we gather for good meals\, edification and well-being where everyone has the opportunity to get to know each other and contribute to the community.  \nTraining for all levels\nThe training sessions are led by experienced trainers with a background in working with training groups. Beginners\, exercisers and more experienced participants are all catered for – so that everyone has a good experience and a sense of achievement – and not least a good community.  \n\n\n \n\n\n\nProgram\nThe program starts on Thursday and ends on Sunday after breakfast.Detailed program will be sent to registered participants closer to departure. \n\nRegistration\n\nBinding registration.
